As a third year EM resident at Ohio State, you have the option of spending one month in the Emergency Department at a Kaiser Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. This rotation offers exposure to an HMO setting. There is also some didactic time spent on hyperbaric medicine. The resident stays in a furnished apartment near Pearl Harbor. A car is also provided and airfare is compensated.
