Prospective Residents
Thank you for your interest in our program! We hope that our website gives you good idea of what our program is all about it; if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Our interview dates for this year (2008-2009) are: November 6th, 13th, 20th, December 4th, 11th, 18th, January 8th, 22nd and 29th. Generally, your morning will begin with a welcoming breakfast where you will meet some of our residents, our chiefs, our program directors, and Ellen Harr-Weatherby, our program coordinator. The morning will consist of several interviews with our program directors and faculty members and a tour of The Ohio State University Medical Center, Nationwide Children's Hospital and Columbus. You will then have lunch on The Ohio State campus with our residents.
On the evening prior to your interview, there will be a casual gathering with current residents at Eddie George's Grille 27, the newest project of a former Buckeye football player! We will provide appetizers/food at Eddie George's in the South Campus Gateway from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We hope that you are able to join us for this event, as this gives us a chance to meet you in a less formal setting and allows you to ask us what it's like to be a resident at The Ohio State University Medical Center!
